Just wanted to write and thank you for all your work on my legs - and back!!

I do not think that I would have been able to summit Kilimanjaro in June without the care that you took to get them into shape with the problems that I had and the training regime that I had to keep up.

I have had no hesitation in passing on your details to friends and acquaintances in the area who have experienced sport related injuries or ongoing mobility / pain issues.

Thank you once again and I wish you every success with your practice, I only hope that I can find someone as good as you in East Yorkshire!

I know I am coming to see you next week but couldn't wait until then to tell you that I am just amazed and thrilled with the difference in my back having spent 2 weeks in Spain doing more walking than I have done in years, up and down steep hills and even rock climbing 200m to a beach! I took my usual supply of Co-Codamol and didn't even think of taking a single tablet!

I may have ached a little at the end of a long days sightseeing but didn't need any pills to sleep comfortably and by the next day had no pain at all and was ready for more hiking!
